Complimentary Pick Up And Drop Off Are Available Monday – Friday

Our hours of operation are from 9-3pm, if you happen to miss your ferry or flight, please contact us right away.
Please note that we require 1.5 hours notice for any changes to your arrival time. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, If you forget to notify us of any changes you will need to make your own arrangements.

Please keep in mind that we don’t have child seats available. If you’re travelling with children, you’ll need to make your own arrangements for their safety and comfort. We want to make sure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable journey!

* We do not currently provide service to or from the Clipper or Coho ferry from downtown Victoria.
